Barbary Coast Neighborhood Association
Members and neighbors are welcome at the Barbary Coast Neighborhood Association’s Spring Social, which will be held on Sunday, April 2 from 4-6 pm at Il Fornaio, 1265 Battery Street. Discount drinks and complimentary appetizers will be served.
Join us as we meet, eat, and enjoy a drink with others who care about our neighborhood. Bring a friend (or two!) who may be interested in joining the BCNA as we work to expand our membership. No RSVPs required. We look forward to seeing you!
NEXT Village SF will hold its Spring Singin’ and Swingin’ fundraiser on Friday, March 24 from 7-10pm at The University Club, 800 Powell Street (at California Street), San Francisco.
The event features an intimate performance with renowned jazz singer Paula West, followed by dance lessons and a DJ. Individual tickets are $75-$100. The event benefits NEXT Village SF, which enriches the lives of residents of SFâs northeast corner by building community and connection, and providing them with the confidence and practical means to live safely and comfortably in their homes as they age.  All but $40 of your ticket is tax deductible. Friends of Golden Gateway (FOGG) is holding its annual fundraising drive to support their Summer Kids Camps Scholarship Program, which helps boys and girls from low income housing areas attend summer camp at Bay Club at the Gateway. The Bay Club matches every dollar FOGG can raise, doubling the impact. Enrollment for camp is starting, so now is a great time to donate!
