Representatives from 4 neighborhood groups including the Barbary Coast Neighborhood Association recently requested information from the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) on several affordable housing projects in the Broadway Street corridor.

The goal of the request is to enable a more informed dialogue with the agency regarding future plans for housing in the area.  The request also included current data showing the large shortfall in new housing for moderate-income households.
