San Francisco Superior Court Judge Suzanne Ramos Bolanos issued a final order denying cross motions for summary judgment by the State Lands Commission (SLC) and the City of San Francisco in the SLC’s lawsuit to invalidate Proposition B. Prop B, which was overwhelmingly approved by San Francisco voters in June 2014, requires voter approval before a developer can exceed the building height limits set on San Francisco Port waterfront properties. The case has been set for trial on Monday, September 11, 2017. You can read the court’s order here.

The San Francisco Police Department’s Central Station is hosting “National Night Out” on Tuesday, August 1st from 5 to 7 pm at Salesian Playground, 680 Filbert Street.
