Please join the Barbary Coast Neighborhood Association as we host State Assemblyman David Chiu and Supervisor Aaron Peskin for an overview of the November state and local ballot propositions. Join the Port of San Francisco at the second in a series of Seawall Community Meetings to learn more about the Embarcadero Seawall, explore seismic and flooding scenarios, and participate in an interactive mapping exercise. The event will be held in the Exploratorium’s beautiful Fisher Bay Observatory Gallery. The San Francisco Heart Walk will take place on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, starting at Embarcadero Plaza (formerly Justin Herman Plaza). The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association’s premier event for raising funds to save lives from this country’s No. 1 and No. 5 killers, heart disease and stroke. 5,000 participants are expected for the 5K and 1 mile events. Visit the American Heart Association website for more information.
