PG&E will be upgrading an underground electrical vault in the vicinity of the Washington and Embarcadero intersection. Work will begin on the night of September 10, 2018 and continue to the morning of September 29, 2018 from 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM. This schedule may change depending on weather and other factors that affect safe working conditions. Neighbors….

This Saturday is a Citywide Cleanup. Other neighborhoods are working together to show pride in their surroundings, but there is nothing yet organized here. I’m sending this to ask you to join me Saturday morning from 9-12 to add some sparkle to our own sidewalks. I need to have a response so we can have brooms, etc., on hand. The Tenants Association will contact Aaron Peskin to have this as a distribution site if we have enough volunteers.

Please let me know if you can pitch in, and forward to others whom you know. Short notice, but this is a good chance show some pride in our neighborhood.

Please join State Assemblyman David Chiu, his family, and the Chiu Crew for the Fourth Annual Picnic in the Park on Saturday, September 15 in Golden Gate Park. As the 2018 legislative session wraps up in Sacramento, David looks forward to catching up with his constituents in San Francisco.
